Aircraft Maintenance at Off-Site Locations:

In the event of a mechanical failure off-site (any airport other than Merrill Field), club members MUST contact club management before starting any repairs. Club members are NOT authorized to contract for any repairs to the aircraft! If a pilot discovers a mechanical defect that renders an aircraft unairworthy, Cumulogranite Flying Club staff will make arrangements to repair the aircraft off-site or have it returned to Merrill Field for repairs.

CFC is not responsible for travel arrangements for club members if an aircraft breaks down away from Merrill Field.
